GIS Administrator for City of Franklin Public Works Division
The City of Franklin is accepting applications for the position of GIS Administrator for the Public Works Division.  Job duties include:  Oversee and maintain various data and GIS layers. Map and plot location of lines, valves, manholes, lift stations and other features as required. Conduct field work to pinpoint coordinates and measurements, assemble data from GPS, local surveys, utilities, state and federal agencies for mapping and analysis.  Utilize ArcGIS to effectively update the system.  Related duties as required.  A full job description is available upon request.    Qualifications:  Bachelor’s Degree in geography, cartography, computer science, or related field.  Five years of related experience.  Knowledge of water distribution and wastewater collections principles.  Must possess valid Kentucky driver’s license, mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and sound judgment.  Please submit applications and/or resume to GIS Administrator Position, City of Franklin, P.O.
