| The Public Works Director, Clifton Beecher, has
a Class IIID license with the State Division of Water, a
Cross-connection license with the Blue Grass Cross Connection
Prevention Association, a pesticide license with the Department of
Agriculture and is a Road Scholar with the University of Kentucky
Transportation Center, a Road Master with the University of Kentucky
Transportation Center, and is a designated Utility Management
Professional by the Kentucky Rural Water Association and Western
Kentucky University. Mr. Beecher has over 18 years experience in Public
Works maintenance and operation. Mr. Beecher is also a member of the
American Water Works Association and the American Public Works
